This tenant sought to move to a new location and expand into a 17,000 sq. ft. space for 150 new workspaces in different environments. With a focus on collaboration, a variety of conference rooms are located near the entrance, ranging from an open living room concept all the way to a corporate boardroom. The high-end café allows views onto the floor, providing amenities and energy for both employees and visitors. The space is organized with multiple teams, phone rooms, and conference spaces spaced throughout the floor, using wood accents and acoustic paneling to maintain a consistent design throughout the space.
