Fearn Classroom Addition

As part of the 2015 Referendum Campaign for West Aurora School District 129, Fearn Elementary School received a new single-story addition including four new classrooms with a centralized project based breakout space. The breakout space includes student cubbies providing a visual block to the adjacent corridor and provides a flat layout space. Within the classrooms are learning walls that assist in consolidating and maximizing storage and teacher work areas while minimizing the floor space required. This permits more square footage for flexible classroom learning and student activities.
