Gelber Group is a brokerage firm that was looking to relocate their office into a space more in line with their current needs and practices. Studio GC worked with the project team to redesign a sublease within their existing building. Work with existing finishes and layout but rebrand them to create a space unique to Gelber Group.
The renovation includes a new trader’s floor and executive suite along with associated support and amenity spaces. The open views from the executive suite and proximity to the trading floor allow for clear communication between the two. The new trader’s floor consists of 110 trader stations that are arranged to maximize efficiency while taking advantage of the abundant daylight and city views.
