Studio GC worked with Old Second National Bank to create two test fit space plans based on the program of the required number of spaces (offices, workstations, and support spaces). The plan shows a distribution of these spaces to determine how well the program requirements can be supported within the identified area.
This was the initial project in the rebranding launch. The existing branch bank involved a comprehensive transformation. One of the key elements of the rebranding launch was the expansion of the branch to include a dedicated wealth management division on the second floor. The first floor of the branch underwent a refurbishment. This refurbishment involved redesigning the layout and aesthetics of the space to create a more modern, welcoming, and customer-centric environment. Improvements included new furniture, enhanced lighting, and improved signage to guide customers and promote the bank’s products and services effectively.
