The client was a full tenant in side by side buildings with original lobbies and finishes dating back to the 1980’s. As part of a lease renewal, the client modernized the common elements of the facilities including the front lobbies, elevators and restrooms. The end result takes advantage of the natural light and underutilized space to create a secondary work / lounge environment for staff, as well as a better optimized entry experience for guests.
