Wilmington Fire Protection District engaged Studio GC to provide a neighborhood-sensitive but cost-effective approach. The facility needed to house five firefighters, with the potential for growth to eight, and included full administrative offices. After a careful and collaborative process focused on goal setting, project needs, and budget-driven design, we successfully met the district’s objectives while integrating seamlessly into a residential neighborhood. This partnership was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Fire District, Studio GC, and the Construction Manager, Narvick Bros.
